高效液相色谱法测定2甲4氯异辛酯质量分数

摘要
本文采用高效液相色谱法,以乙腈+水为流动相,使用Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18色谱柱和紫外检测器,在230 nm波长下对2甲4氯异辛酯进行分离和定量分析.结果表明,该分析方法线性相关系数为0.999 8,标准偏差为0.13,变异系数为0.13%,平均回收率为99.89%.
Abstract
A method for separation and quantitative analysis of MCPA-EHE by HPLC with acetonitrile:water as mobile phase,Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18 column and at 230 nm wavelength was described.The result showed that the linear correlation coefficient of 0.999 8,the standard deviation of 0.13,the variation coefficient of 0.13%and the average recovery of 99.89%was obtained.
