高效液相色谱法测定2甲4氯异辛酯质量分数

本文采用高效液相色谱法，以乙腈+水为流动相，使用Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18色谱柱和紫外检测器，在230 nm波长下对2甲4氯异辛酯进行分离和定量分析。结果表明，该分析方法线性相关系数为0。999 8，标准偏差为0。13，变异系数为0。13%，平均回收率为99。89%。
Analytical Method for MCPA-EHE TC by HPLC
A method for separation and quantitative analysis of MCPA-EHE by HPLC with acetonitrile:water as mobile phase,Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18 column and at 230 nm wavelength was described.The result showed that the linear correlation coefficient of 0.999 8,the standard deviation of 0.13,the variation coefficient of 0.13%and the average recovery of 99.89%was obtained.
