Analysis of Cyproconazole and Trifloxystrobin 60% WG by HPLC
A high performance liquid chromatographic method was established for the simultaneous determination of the two active components of cyproconazole and trifloxystrobin.The separation and quantitative analysis of samples were conducted by HPLC at 220 nm with a mixture of methyl and phosphoric acid water as the mobile phase,and a C18 column as stationary phase.The test results showed that cyproconazole and trifloxystrobin had good linear relationship,with liner correlation coefficients of 0.999 8.The precision results showed that the relative standard deviation for cyproconazole was 0.43%,and for trifloxystrobin was 0.44%.The accuracy test results showed that the recovery rates for cyproconazole and trifloxystrobin were 100.73%and 100.52%,respectively.This method exhibited good separation efficiency,the linear relationships,accuracy,and precision,meeting the requirement.It is suitable for the quantitative analysis of mixed cyproconazole and trifloxystrobin formulation products.
