Determination of Pyraclostrobin Residue in Sugarcane and Dietary Risk Assessment
This study aims to investigate the detection methods of pyraclostrobin residues in sugarcane and assess the risk associated with both acute dietary and long-term dietary intake.Pyraclostrobin residue was extracted using QuEChERS method and detected by LC-MS/MS.The long-term dietary intake and acute dietary intake assessment model were used to evaluate the dietary intake of pyraclostrobin. The residue levels in date sugarcane ranged from 0.267~0.888 mg/kg.The national estimated daily intake(NEDI)of pyraclostrobin residue was 1.83 mg and the ADI%was calculated according to formula and found to be 97%.The national estimated acute dietary intake for children and adults was below 100%of the acute reference dose(ARfD).Therefore, under the application conditions of the study, the residue levels of pyrazoxyfen in sugarcane pose acceptable health risks to the general population..
