摘要
农药生产许可证有效期五年.本文梳理了农药生产许可证延续相关法律法规,介绍了江苏省农药生产许可延续换证的基本情况,分析了许可证延续中发现的问题,并提出有关意见建议.
Abstract
The pesticide production license is valid for five years.This paper reviews the relevant laws and regulations governing the renewal of pesticide production license,introduces the basic situation of license renewal in Jiangsu Province,analyzes existing issues,and puts forward suggestions.
