摘要
文章中,建立了液相色谱法同柱分析乙螨唑、氟啶胺的含量的分析方法,以甲醇和0.1%磷酸水溶液为流动相,使用CAPCELL PAK C18/5 μm为填充料的不锈钢柱,检测波长为225 nm.结果表明,在该方法中乙螨唑、氟啶胺的标准曲线线性回归系数分别为0.999 9和0.999 9,标准偏差分别为0.027 1和0.034 6,变异系数分别为0.26%和0.11%,平均回收率分别为99.54%和99.91%.
Abstract
In this paper,the method of analysis Etoxazole and Fluazinam was established using liquid chromatography on a single column.Methanol and 0.1% phosphoric acid solution were used as mobile phase,and the detection wavelength was 225 nm.The results showed that the linear regression coefficients of the standard curve for Etoxazole and Fluazinam were 0.999 9 and 0.999 9,the standard deviations were 0.027 1 and 0.034 6,the variation coefficient were 0.26% and 0.11%,the average recovery rates were 99.54% and 99.91%,respectively.
