摘要
本文结合宁夏近3年来农药管理情况,总结梳理了主要做法、经验和取得的成效,分析了存在的三个方面问题,提出了四条建议:加强农药政策引导、强化农药全程监管、加强农药宣传培训、健全农药管理体系.
Abstract
Based on the pesticide management situation in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region in the past three years,this paper summarized and sorted out the main practices,experiences and achievements.It identified three main issues currently facing pesticide management and proposed four suggestions to promote improvement:strengthening pesticide policy guidance,enhancing full-process supervision,increasing pesticide publicity and training,and improving the pesticide management system.
