摘要
培训是树立农药经营人员法律意识、提升业务水平和服务质量的重要手段.本文对《农药经营许可管理办法(修订草案征求意见稿)》当中涉及培训的规定进行解读,介绍了临沧市对培训机构、培训内容、培训学时的基本要求,培训运作方式以及经验做法,从工作思路、内容设置、职责分工等方面对培训工作进行探讨思考,提出相应的建议和对策.
Abstract
Training plays an important role in fostering the legal awareness of pesticide operators and enhancing their operational and service capabilities.This paper interprets the provisions related to training in the Measures for the Management of Pesticide Business Licensing(Revised Draft for Comment),outlining the basic requirements for training institutions,training content,training hours,operational modes and experience practices in Lincang City.It discusses and reflects on training practices from the aspects of work philosophy,content settings,and division of responsibilities,putting forward the corresponding suggestions and countermeasures.
