Solvent Effect in Liquid Chromatographic Analysis of Bifenthrin and Dinotefuran 30%SC
The solvent effect of liquid chromatographic analysis usually occurs in the separation process of HPLC.In this paper, the causes of the solvent effect in the liquid chromatographic analysis process of bifenthrin and dinotefuran 30%SC are discussed, and the effects of the solvent effect on the chromatographic peak shape are discussed. At the same time, some methods to judge the solvent effect and eliminate the solvent effect in liquid chromatographic analysis are proposed.
