乙基多杀菌素对芦笋蓟马的田间药效及安全性评价
Field Control Efficacy of Spinetoram 60 g/L SC against Thrips and its Saftey Evaluation on Asparagus

摘要
蓟马是芦笋主要害虫之一,发生较重时会降低芦笋的品质和产量.本研究评价了60 g/L乙基多杀菌素悬浮剂对芦笋蓟马的田间药效及其对芦笋的安全性.田间使用有效成分量27、40.5、54 g/hm2,药后 3、7、10、14 d三地的田间防效分别在 80.2%～95.02%、85.92%～96.9%、76.63%～98.2%、69.05%～88.4%之间,田间防效数据结果表明能有效防控芦笋蓟马,具有良好的速效性和较好的持效性.作物安全性试验表明60 g/L乙基多杀菌素悬浮剂对芦笋安全.建议登记60 g/L乙基多杀菌素悬浮剂防治芦笋蓟马,推荐使用有效成分量27～54 g/hm2(30～60 mL/667 m2),于蓟马发生初期施药1次.
Abstract
Thrips are major pests affecting the quality and yield of asparagus.This study evaluated the field efficacy of spinetoram 60 g/L SC against thrips and its saftey on asparagus.Field control efficacy ranged from 80.2%to 95.02%at 3 days,85.92%to 96.9%at 7 days,76.63%to 98.2%at 10 days,69.05%to 88.4%at 14 days after application of spinetoram 60 g/L SC at dose of 27,40.5,and 54g/hm2.The product demonstrated both quick and long-lasting efficacy in controlling thrips on asparagus.The results of laboratory test for crop safety evaluation confirmed the safety of spinetoram 60 g/L SC to asparagus.It is recommended to apply spinetoram 60 g/L SC once at the initial stage of thrips infestation on asparagus,with dose of 27 to 54 g/hm2(30 to 60 mL/667m2).
