液相色谱法测定0.16%噻苯隆·14-羟基芸苔素甾醇可溶液剂质量分数

本文采用液相色谱法测定0。16%噻苯隆·14-羟基芸苔素甾醇可溶液剂中噻苯隆和14-芸苔素甾醇的质量分数,使用C18不锈钢反相色谱柱和紫外可变波长检测器,分别以甲醇和水及乙腈和水为流动相,用外标法对有效成分进行定量分析。结果表明:噻苯隆和14-芸苔素甾醇内酯相关系数为0。999 6和0。999 4,标准偏差分别为:0。0013%、0。0005%;相对标准偏差分别为:0。86%、5。17%;平均回收率分别为:99。76%、98。80%。
Analysis of 0.16% Thidiazuron·14-hydroxylated Brassinosteroid SL by HPLC
A method was developed for the determination of 0.16%Thidiazuron·14-hydroxylated brassinosteroid SL by high-performance liquid chromatography on a C18 column with a variable wave length UV detector.The mobile phase consisted of methanol and water,acetonitrile and water.The results showed that linear correlations of 0.999 6 and 0.999 4,standard deviations of 0.001 3%and 0.000 5%,coefficients of variation of 0.86%and 5.17%,and average recoveries of 99.76%and 98.80%for Thidiazuron and 14-hydroxylated brassinosteroid,respectively.In Conclusion,the method is sensitive and quick,making it suitable for the analysis of 0.16%Thidiazuron·14-hydroxylated brassinosteroid SL.
