Analysis of 0.16％ Thidiazuron·14-hydroxylated Brassinosteroid SL by HPLC
A method was developed for the determination of 0.16％Thidiazuron·14-hydroxylated brassinosteroid SL by high-performance liquid chromatography on a C18 column with a variable wave length UV detector.The mobile phase consisted of methanol and water,acetonitrile and water.The results showed that linear correlations of 0.999 6 and 0.999 4,standard deviations of 0.001 3％and 0.000 5％,coefficients of variation of 0.86％and 5.17％,and average recoveries of 99.76％and 98.80％for Thidiazuron and 14-hydroxylated brassinosteroid,respectively.In Conclusion,the method is sensitive and quick,making it suitable for the analysis of 0.16％Thidiazuron·14-hydroxylated brassinosteroid SL.
