4.5%24-表芸苔素内酯·烯效唑悬浮剂对棉花的调节作用

本试验探索了 24-表芸苔素内酯和烯效唑复配使用对棉花生长和品质的影响。以"豫棉19号","冀丰4号","鲁棉研37号"和"农大601"4个棉花品种为研究对象,依据《农药田间药效试验准则》对棉花的株高等10个指标进行观察和测定。结果显示,24-表芸苔素内酯和烯效唑复配使用对4个品种棉花的矮化作用、结铃数、单铃重和籽棉产量具有增效作用。其对4个品种棉花的综合最适施用浓度为初花期6。75~10。13 g a。i/hm2,打顶后为28。91 g a。i/hm2和50。63 g a。i/hm2。对产量性状有轻微的影响,对"鲁棉研37号"和"农大601"2个品种棉花的籽指和衣指有轻微的提高。对棉花品质无明显的影响。研究表明,24-表芸苔素内酯和烯效唑复配使用可以更有效矮化植株,增加棉花的产量。
Regulation of 4.5%24-epibrassinolide and Uniconazole Suspension Concentrate on Cotton
This experiment investigated the effects of a combination of 24-epibrassinolide and uniconazole on the growth and quality of cotton.Four cotton varieties of——"Yumian 19","Jifeng 4","Lumian Yan 37",and"Nongda 601"were studied,with 10 growth indicators,including plant height observed and determined according to the"Guidelines for Pesticide Field Efficacy Trials".The results showed that the combination had a synergistic effect on plant dwarfing,the number of cotton bolls,single boll weight,and overall yield across all the four varieties.The optimal application rates for the four varieties were determined to be 6.75 g a.i/hm2~10.13 g a.i/hm2 during the initial flowering stage and 28.91 g a.i/hm2~50.63 g a.i/hm2 after topping.While the combination had a slight impact on yield traits,with a slight increase in seed and lint index for the varieties"Lumianyan 37"and"Nongda 601",no significant impact on overall cotton quality was observed.The study indicates that the combination of 24 epibrassinolide and uniconazole can effectively dwarf the plants and increase cotton yield.
