Study on HPLC Analysis Method for 38%Propanil·MetamifopEC
This paper establishes an analytical method for determining the content of Propanil and Metamifop by liquid chromatography.The method employs methanol and water as mobile phases,with an AcclaimTM 120A C18 stainless steel column and a liquid chromatograph equipped with an ultraviolet detector at a wavelength of 237 nm.The results showed that the linear regression coefficients of the standard curves of Propanil and Metamifop were 0.999 9 and 1.000 0,respectively.The standard deviations were 0.094 5 and 0.019 0,the coefficients of variation were 0.29%and 0.30%,and the average recoveries were 99.66%and 99.84%.
