Determination of Cyromazine Residue in Five Types of Vegetables by QuEChERS-ultra Performance Liquid Chromatography-tandem Mass Spectrometry
An analytical method was established for the determination of cyromazine in five types of fresh vegetables using QuEChERS ultra-high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry. The sample was extracted using acetonitrile as the solvent, followed by dehydration and purification using anhydrous magnesium sulfate, sodium chloride and PSA.Electrospray positive ion scanning mode wasemployed for multi reaction monitoring.A good linear relationship for cyromazine was observed within the range of 0.000 5~0.50 μg/mL,with correlation coefficients greater than 0.999.The recovery rate ranged from 84.5%~96.8%,with a repeatability RSD of 1.31%~9.10%.The quantitative limit for cyromazine was 0.000 5 μg/g.This method provides rapid qualitative and quantitative analysis, with high stabilityand good reproducibility, meeting the requirements for cyromazine residue detection and analysis.
