Study on Screening Pesticides and Application Methods for the Control of Wheat Stem Basal Rot
To control wheat stem basal rot,we evaluated six different application schemes. The results showed that the relative control effect of 27%difenoconazole·fludioxonil·thiamethoxam flowable concentrates for seed treatment(FS)(one mix and two sprays)was the highest, achieving relative control effects of 65.28%,77.30%and 80.76%during regeneration stage, grain filling stage, and wheat white head, respectively. The relative control efficiency for the same FS formulation(one mix and one spray)and for the 32%tebuconazole·imidacloprid(one mix and two spray)on wheat white head stage were 71.60%and 69.97%,respectively.The relative control effect of 4.23%metalaxyl ipconazole treated with one mixing and one spraying, and one mixing and two spraying were 62.30%and 62.84%during the regeneration stage, respectively. The different schemes can promote the growth of secondary roots and increase production.Overall, the comprehensive results showed that 27%difenoconazole·fludioxonil·thiamethoxam FS(one mix and two sprays)was the optimal application method among the six schemes evaluated.
