This paper reviews the situation of major global agrochemical companies and some domestic pesticide companies involved in M&A and reorganization in recent ten years.It analyzes and discusses the advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and challenges associated with M&A and reorganization in the pesticide sector.The findings aim to provide insights and references for guiding the development direction of pesticide enterprises in China during the 14th Five-Year Plan period.
