Development of A HPLC Co-Column Analysis Method for Fluxapyroxad+Propiconazole 22.5% ME
A HPLC analysis method was developed for the determination of 22.5% Fluxapyroxad.Propiconazole ME was established using the Kromasil C18/5 μm column,with acetonitrile and ultrapure water as mobile phases,and a DAD detector at 210 nm.The results showed that the linear regression coefficients of 0.999 9 and 0.999 8,the standard deviation of 0.021 2 and 0.016 2,the variation coefficient of 0.282 3% and 0.107 3%,the average recovery of 99.7% and 99.7% were obtained for Fluxapyroxad and Propiconazole,respectively.The HPLC method exhibits high precision and accuracy.
