摘要

以乙草胺、莠去津和2,4-滴异辛酯为有效成分配制成76%悬乳剂.试验通过对不同分散剂、乳化剂、结构调节剂、防冻剂、消泡剂、防腐剂等的筛选,得到最佳配方.32.2%乙草胺+32.2%莠去津+11.6%2,4-滴异辛酯+2.6%500#+2.4%1602+1.5%分散剂B+0.02%黄原胶+0.5%硅酸镁铝+0.15%消泡剂SAG1572+0.5%卡松+水补足至100%.试验结果表明,该配方产品热储[(54±2)℃]分解率<2.0%,其余各项指标符合悬乳剂的标准要求.

Abstract

This paper presents the development of a suspo-emulsion(SE)formulation product containing 76% acetochlor,atrazine and 2,4-D-isoctyl(D).The optimal formulation was obtained through experiment with various components,including dispersing agents,emulsifiers,structural regulator,antifreeze agents,defoamer,and preservatives.The final formulation consists of acetochlor(32.2% ),atrazine(32.2),% and 2,4-D-isoctyl(D)(11.6% ),500#(2.6% ),1602(2.4% ),dispersant B(1.5% ),Xanthan gum(0.02% ),Magnesium Aluminum Silicate(0.5% ),SAG1572(0.15% ),kathon(0.5% ),and water to make up 100% .The test results showed that the decomposition rate of active ingredients under accelerated storage[(54±2)℃]was less than 2%,and that all the product other parameters met the requirements for SE formulation.
