From the perspective of pesticide registration test data protection,this paper objectively analyzes the rules of the World Trade Organization(WTO),discusses the present situation of pesticide test data protection in China,studies the relevant laws and regulations in developed countries,and put forward preliminary suggestion for improving pesticide test data protection in China.
