摘要
本文重点梳理了我国西兰花农药登记和残留现状,针对登记农药产品数量、剂型、类别以及农药残留抽检等信息进行分析讨论.结果表明:西兰花存在登记农药产品同质化且与残留限量标准不对等、农药使用不规范以及登记作物名称不统一等问题.为此,笔者提出了加快和完善西兰花农药登记审批流程,建立农残限量标准与农药登记评审同步运行机制,加大规范使用农药宣传和监管力度、健全相关法律法规等建议.
Abstract
This article focuses on the registration and residue status of pesticides used in broccoli in China.It analyzes and discusses information related to the number,formulation type,category of registered pesticide products,as well as pesticide residue sampling.The results indicate several issues:the homogeneity of registered pesticide products,inconsistency with residue limit standards,non-standard use of pesticides,and inconsistent naming of registered crop.To address these problems,the author proposes suggestions such as accelerating and improving the pesticide registration and approval process for broccoli,establishing a synchronized operation mechanism for pesticide residue limit and registration review,strengthening the promotion and supervision of proper pesticide use,and improving relevant laws and regulations.
