探究2%氯氟·噻虫胺颗粒剂在设施韭菜(Allium tuberosum Rottler ex Spreng)上施用的安全性。本研究采用QuEChERS法结合液相色谱-串联质谱法(LC-MS/MS)和气相色谱-质谱联用法(GC-MS)建立噻虫胺和氯氟氰菊酯在韭菜和土壤中的残留分析方法,通过撒施方式对设施韭菜进行施药,研究了2种农药在韭菜和土壤中的残留消解规律。氯氟氰菊酯和噻虫胺在0。02~2 mg/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,决定系数R2均>0。99;在0。05~2 mg/kg添加水平下,氯氟氰菊酯和噻虫胺在韭菜中的平均回收率为87%~108%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0。7%~4。6%;在土壤中的平均回收率为83%~97%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1。1%~6。9%,方法的线性、回收率和精密度均满足农药残留分析方法的要求。采用所建立的方法对大棚韭菜和土壤样品进行测定分析:颗粒剂药效缓慢释放,高效氯氟氰菊酯和噻虫胺在韭菜植株和土壤中的残留量呈现出先增加后减少的趋势。试验结果可为2%氯氟·噻虫胺颗粒剂在韭菜中的科学使用提供参考。
Decline of Lambda-cyhalothrin and Clothianidin in Chinese Chives and Soil Under Greenhouse Condition
This study investigates the safety of 2%cyhalothrin-clothianidin granules applied to greenhouse Chinese leek(Allium tuberosum Rottler ex Spreng).Residue analysis methods for clothianidin and cyhalothrin in Chinese leek and soil were established using the QuEChERS method combined with liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS)and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).The dissipation dynamics of the two pesticides in the Chinese leek and soil were investigated through scattering mode application.The results showed that both cyhalothrin and clothianidin in acetonitrile and Chinese leek blank matrix solution had a good linear relationship in the range of 0.02~2 mg/L,with R2>0.99.At the spiked levels of 0.05~2 mg/kg,the average recoveries of cyfluthrin and thiamethoxam in Chinese leek ranged from 87%to 108%,with the relative standard deviations(RSD)of 0.7%to 4.6%.In soil,the average recoveries ranged from 83%to 97%,with RSDs from 1.1%to 6.9%.The method linearity,recovery and precision were all satisfied.The established method was used for the determination and analysis of cyhalothrin and clothianidin in Chinese leek and soil samples:the residues of 2%lambda-cyhalothrin-clothianidin granules in Chinese leek and soil showed a trend of increasing and then decreasing.These findings provide a basis for the scientific use of 2%lambda-cyhalothrin-clothianidin granules on Chinese leek.
