Archives management is of vital importance for the selection and appointment of talents by the Party and the state,as well as for the protection of the rights and interests of cadres in scientific research institutes.At present,scientific research institutes have achieved certain results in archives management,but there are still some problems that need to be further improved and enhanced,such as insufficient awareness of the importance of archives,insufficient specific and perfect archive management systems,and low level of intelligence in archive management.In response to these existing issues,suggestions and measures are proposed to improve the management quality including increasing everyone's level of attention,improving the professional level of management,completing the archives management regulations,and promoting the construction of electronic information resources,which is of great significance for the current archives management and the construction of talent teams in scientific research institutes.
