THINKING ON THE TALENT TEAM CONSTRUCTION OF AGRICULTURAL RESEARCH INSTITUTES UNDER THE BACKGROUND OF RURAL REVITALIZATION STRATEGY
As the driving force and important guarantee for the sustainable development of rural revitalization,the construction level of agricultural scientific and technological talent team is directly related to the development process and final effect of rural revitalization.The aim of this paper is to discuss problems relevant to the talent team construction of agricultural research institutes under the background of rural revitalization strategy,including the unbalanced talent structure,the inappropriate evaluation and stimulation,and the incomplete performance of talent team efficacy,and then provide references for the construction of a high-level talent team on the introduction and cultivation,the management innovation,examination and evaluation,and spiritual guidance via taking the advancing party-related theories as the basis and the construction of systems and mechanisms as the emphasis.The present work is expected to provide approaches to the talent team construction of agricultural research institutes and provide strong support in comprehensively revitalizing rural areas.
