如何提升事业单位财务部门的影响力

摘要
财务部门是事业单位的核心部门,在事业单位实现高质量发展中具有举足轻重的作用.它不仅负责资金的筹集、使用和财会监督,还在单位的业务运行和战略规划中起到支撑作用.由于种种原因,目前一些事业单位的财务部门地位不高,影响力发挥不充分,对财务部门自身与整个单位的发展都形成了一定制约.文章简要概述了事业单位财务部门的特点与作用,剖析了制约事业单位财务部门更好发挥影响力的主要因素,提出了做好服务树威信、做好宣传树形象、把好关口树权威、做好参谋树地位四条提升事业单位财务部门在单位中的地位和影响力的路径,以期为财务部门改善形象,树立威信,提高要位,更好发挥影响力提供参考.
Abstract
The financial department is the core department of the public institutes,and has a pivotal role in the realization of high-quality development of the institutes.It is not only responsible for fundraising,utilization,and financial supervision,but also plays a supporting role in the institutes'business operations and strategic planning.For a variety of reasons,the financial department in some institutes has a low status and insufficient influence,which has formed certain constraints on the development of the financial departments themselves and the entire institutes.This paper briefly summarized the characteristics and role of the financial department,analyzed the main factors that restricted the financial department of the public institutes.And finally it proposed four paths to improve the position and influence of the financial department:establishing credibility through good service,improving image through good publicity,building authority through key points,and enhancing the position through good"adviser",so as to provide reference for the financial department to better exert its influence.
