PROBLEMS AND COUNTERMEASURES FACED BY THE INFORMATIONIZA-TION CONSTRUCTION OF FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT IN AGRICULTURAL RE-SERARCH INSTITUTES
With the rapid promotion and application of financial digitalization and information technology in China,the level of financial management informatization in agricultural research institutes has been significantly improved.At the same time,there are also some contradictions and problems that need to be addressed in the process of informatization construction.The article deeply analyzed the important significance of financial management informatization construction in agricultural research institutes from the aspects of streamlining processes to improve work efficiency,promoting financial personnel to reduce workload,improving the efficiency of financial funds utilization through big data detection and analysis,strengthening the management of application and approval processes,and ensuring financial data security.And it also systematically analyzed the problems existing in the selection and design of technical architecture,data standardization and standardization,system security guarantee,user experience optimization,integration with other systems,system operation and continuous improvement in the management system.In response to the main problems faced by current financial management informatization construction in agricultural research institutes,countermeasures and suggestions are proposed,such as strengthening data exchange,formulating operating procedures,early retention of channels,and introducing artificial intelligence.
