CURRENT SITUATION AND PATH ANALYSIS OF THE TRANSFORMATION OF SCIENTIFIC AND TECHNOLOGICAL ACHIEVEMENTS IN GRASSROOTS AGRICULTURAL SCIENCES INSTITUTES——TAKING SUQIAN INSTITUTE OF JIANGSU ACADEMY OF AGRICULTURAL SCIENCES AS AN EXAMPLE
With the increasing attention and investment of the country in agricultural scientific and technological innovation,grassroots agricultural scientific research institutes play an important role in the transformation,integration demonstration and promotion of scientific and technological achievements,and serving agriculture,rural areas,and farmers.However,despite significant achievements,grassroots agricultural scientific research institutes still face many challenges in their development,such as the shortage of funds and talents,and outdated scientific research facilities,and these limit the deepening of scientific research work and the effective transformation of scientific and technological achievements.In addition,there are so many problems urgently need to be solved,for example,the disconnection between scientific research and market demand,as well as the inadequate mechanism for converting achievements.Therefore,we should further strengthen the construction of grassroots agricultural scientific research institutes,increase investment,optimize the research environment,and attract and cultivate more outstanding talents.At the same time,it is necessary to deepen the integration of scientific research and production,promote the transformation and application of scientific and technological achievements,and inject new impetus into the development of agriculture.This research took Suqian Institute of Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an example,(hereinafter referred to as"Suqian Institute")sorted out the current situation of the main scientific and technological achievements transformation from 2009 to 2023,analyzed the main obstacles in the transformation process,and proposed countermeasures and suggestions for optimizing the transformation path.
