RESEARCH ON THE INTEGRATION AND INNOVATION OF PARTY BUILDING AND BUSINESS IN AGRICULTURAL RESERARCH INSTITUTES——TAKING AGRICULTURAL SCIENCE RESEARCH INSTITUTES IN GANSU PROVINCE AS AN EXAMPLE
Starting from the current situation and effectiveness of the building of the Communist Party of China,(Hereinafter referred as Party building)and promotion work in first-class agricultural research institutes,this research took Dingxi Academy of agricultural science in Gansu province as an example,and pointed out the problems in the integration and promotion mechanism of Party building work and scientific research work,such as insufficient standardization of grassroots Party organization settings in individual institutes,insufficient emphasis on the integration and promotion of Party building work and scientific research business by scientific researchers,insufficient ability to integrate and promote Party building work and scientific research business,and inadequate assessment and incentive mechanisms for the integration and promotion of Party building work and scientific research business.And it also analyzed the reasons,then it proposed countermeasures and suggestions for the integration and mutual promotion of Party building and scientific research business work in agricultural research institutes form the following aspects,such as,continuous strengthening of learning,improving ideological awareness,standardizing institutional settings,enhancing organizational functions,refining work measures,consolidating Party building responsibilities,and building Party building brands,highlighting the leading role and improving institutional mechanisms,so as to provide references and inspiration for similar agricultural research institutes,thereby improving the level of Party building work and promoting high-quality catch-up development of agricultural research work.
