REVIEW AND ANALYSIS OF THE ACHIEVEMENTS OF REPAIR AND PURCHAS PROJECT——A CASE STUDY OF TROPICAL CROPS GENETIC RESOURCES INSTITUTE OF CHINESE ACADEMY OF TROPICAL AGRICULTURAL SCIENCES
The research reviewed the implementation of"the special projects for repair and purchase"in the Tropical Crops Genetic Resources Institute of Chinese Academy of Tropical Agricultural Sciences from 2006 to 2020,there were 6 projects of building renovation,21 projects of infrastructure transformation,and 16 projects of instrument and equipment purchase,which comprehensively improved the infrastructure support capacity,improved the conditions of field laboratories,and some advanced scientific research instrument and equipment,resulting in significant breakthroughs in scientific and technological achievements.And this article outlined the investment of the special funds for renovation and purchase,organization management,system construction and the effectiveness of project implementation,analyzed the existing problems,and put forward suggestions such as strengthening the pre-project research,talent investment and improving the evaluation mechanism.
