RESEARCH ON AGRICULTURAL TECHNOLOGY SUPPORTING NEW AGRICULTURAL MANAGEMENT ENTITIES——TAKING LIAONING ACADEMY OF AGRICULTURAL SCIENCES AS AN EXAMPLE
The new agricultural management entity is an important driving force for implementing China's rural revitalization strategy,and is the main force for developing rural economic construction and promoting employment and income growth for farmers in the new era.In recent years,various new types of agricultural management entities rapidly emerge,and the rapid development of new types of management entities can't be separated from the support and assistance of agricultural technology services,which play important roles in the development and upgradation of the agricultural industry and rural revitalization.Taking Liaoning Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an example,this research summarized its development overview,main practices and achievements in assisting new types of management entities,such as ensuring the agricultural talent team,promoting modern agricultural technology and varieties,providing top-level planning and design services,and promoting agricultural science and technology information and publicity,analyzed its shortcomings,and proposed countermeasures and suggestions,aiming to leverage the strengths and avoid weaknesses in future work.And then it suggested that it should give full play to the advantages and role of provincial agricultural science and technology institutes as the leading force in local agricultural science and technology,and using the agricultural technology to assist new agricultural management entities,so as to promote rural revitalization.
