RESEARCH ON THE INNOVATIVE OF STRENGTHENING THE CIVIC AND POLITICAL EDUCATION OF YOUNG SCIENTIFIC AND TECHNOLOGICAL TALENTS IN AGRICULTURAL RESEARCH INSTITUTES THROUGH PARTY-LEAGUE LINKAGE——TAKING RUBBER RESEARCH INSTITUTE,CHINESE ACADEMY OF TROPICAL AGRIC
Whether the political quality,ideological character and value orientation of young scientific and technological talents of agricultural research institutes are adapted to the main theme of the new era and the direction of development of the institute is crucial for achieving high-quality development in agricultural science and technology as well as fostering a high level of self-reliance and self-improvement.Exploring ways to stimulate the endogenous motivation of young scientific and technological talents,release their kinetic energy for development,enhance the cohesion,creativity,and combat effectiveness of young scientific and technological talents,while cultivating scientific and technological innovation talents with a scientist's spirit and loyalty to both the Communist Party and the country are currently important topic faced by agricultural research institutes.This paper took the Rubber Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Tropical Agricultural Sciences as an example to analyze the issues.It summarised the experience related to ideological and political education among young scientific and technological talents.By focusing on the four aspects of strengthening ideological leadership,they were stimulating endogenous motivation,strengthening organizational leadership,sound education mechanism、innovative career construction,creating a diversified platform,deepening volunteer services,and guiding the youth to build the working mechanism of the Party and group linkage services for young scientific and technological talents in agricultural research institutes.Furthermore,this investigation explored methods for enhancing the ideological and political education among young league members of agrarian research institutes through the linkage of the Party and the League,to facilitate high-quality development within agricultural research during this new era.
