EXPLORATION AND PRACTICE OF MANAGEMENT SYSTEM CONSTRUCTION FOR SPORADIC MAINTENANCE PROJECTS IN AGRICULTURAL RESEARCH INSTITUTES——TAKING THE TEA RESEARCH INSTITUTE OF THE CHINESE ACADEMY OF AGRICULTURAL SCIENCES AS AN EXAMPLE
The management of sporadic maintenance projects in agricultural research institutes is a highly comprehensive and indispensable task.The aspects involved in sporadic maintenance projects are complex and trivial,characterized by a wide variety of types,small single demand,high frequency of occurrence,and sudden uncertainty.The main task of sporadic maintenance project management in agricultural research institutes is to provide infrastructure for the work,study,and life of research personnel and students,and to ensure the smooth progress of teaching,research,and discipline construction in agricultural research institutes.Institutional construction is a powerful guarantee for achieving efficient management and a necessary condition for carrying out sporadic maintenance project management.Taking the construction of the management system for sporadic maintenance projects at the Tea Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an example,this study explored and practiced ways to strengthen the management of sporadic maintenance projects in agricultural research institutes,continuously improved the rules and regulations of management at all levels,and implemented institutionalized management of sporadic maintenance projects.
