THOUGHTS ON IMPROVING THE LOGISTICS SUPPORT CAPABILITY OF AGRICULTURAL RESEARCH INSTITUTES IN THE NEW ERA
Agricultural research institutes are an important force in developing new agricultural productivity,with the core task of agricultural scientific and technological innovation and achievement transformation.However,the normal development of scientific research work cannot be separated from efficient,stable,and reliable logistical support.The basic purpose of logistics support work in scientific research institutes is to serve the internal needs of the institute and ensure the orderly development of various tasks.There are differences in management models,establishment of rules and regulations,and talent team building among different institutes,and their levels of socialization and informatization are different.The article took the Yellow Sea Fisheries Research Institute,Chinese Academy of Fishery Sciences as an example to analyze the problems and shortcomings of logistics support in scientific research institutes.Innovating system,strengthening the construction of talent teams,improving the enthusiasm of staff and entrepreneurship,paying attention to the use of modern information methods,improving the efficiency and accuracy of logistics work,promoting the socialization reform of logistics services,introducing market competition mechanisms were proposed to build a modern logistics support system for scientific research institutes in the new era,and provide strong support for agricultural scientific and technological innovation.
