RESEARCH ON STRATEGIES FOR IMPROVING THE EFFICIENCY OF AGRICULTURAL SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY ACHIEVEMENT TRANSFORMATION——TAKING BEIJING ACADEMY OF AGRICULTURE AND FORESTRY SCIENCES AS AN EXAMPLE
Improving the transformation efficiency of agricultural scientific and technological achievements is of great significance for agricultural innovation-driven development,promoting rural revitalization and building an agricultural power.However,the current transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements in China is compared with the new situation and new requirements of agriculture and compared with developed agricultural countries,there are also problems such as low conversion rate of results,science and technology extension service management system to be strengthened,and related mechanisms to be further innovated.Taking Beijing Academy of Agriculture and Forestry Sciences as an example,this paper summarized the current situation of the transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements,as well as the achievements of scientific and technological innovation and transformation and promotion.On the basis of in-depth summary of the transformation mode and effectiveness of agricultural scientific and technological achievements,aiming at the main problems faced by the transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements,through the construction of the comprehensive capacity of the institute for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,This paper put forward some strategies to further promote the transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements through strengthening the construction of transformation platforms such as integrated service experimental station,agricultural expert workstation and agricultural science and technology small institutes,in order to provide a useful reference for promoting the transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements in China.
