PRACTICE AND EXPLORATION OF SECURITY MANAGEMENT IN RESEARCH INSTITUTES——A CASE STUDY OF THE TEA RESEARCH INSTITUTE,CHINESE ACADEMY OF AGRICULTURAL SCIENCES
With the rapid development of social economy and the increasing complexity of the scientific research environment,the security management of scientific research institutes is increasingly highlighting its important position.Taking the Tea Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an example and combining the unique nature of scenic spot management in its jurisdiction,this paper conducted an in-depth analysis of security management in multiple key links.In terms of ensuring safe production,it discussed how to establish an effective safety mechanism to ensure the smooth progress of scientific research activities.In terms of carrying out publicity and training,it expounded the specific methods to improve employees'safety awareness and emergency handling ability.For identifying and investigating potential risks and hazards,it analyzed in detail the scientific processes and strategies.Through a comprehensive analysis of the security management practice of the Tea Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences,this paper not only provided practical and feasible practical guidance for the security management of scientific research institutes,helping them better cope with complex safety challenges,but also provided a certain reference for other units,enabling them to learn from relevant experience and improve their own security management level and jointly create a safe and stable development environment.
