In response to the problems of"two layers of work"and"emphasis on scientific research and neglect of Party building"in the deep integration of scientific research and Party building work in regional public welfare agricultural scientific research institutes,this article took Huaiyin Agricultural Science Research Institute in Xuhuai,Jiangsu Province as an example,analyzed the main problems in its deep integration of scientific research and Party building work,and proposed measures to promote the deep integration of scientific research and Party building,such as establishing service-oriented Party branches,strengthening education and training,implementing quantitative evaluation,and creating Party building brands,then further promoted the insertion of the Party flag into the industrial chain,built branches on the scientific research chain,strengthened the leading and demonstrative role of Party building,enhanced the work effectiveness of Party branches,so as to ensure the correct direction of scientific research work,promote high-level scientific and technological innovation through high-quality Party building,provide a reference for the deep integration of scientific research and Party building work of grassroots public welfare agricultural science institutes,and provide a strong political guarantee for the new practice of Chinese path to modernization agricultural sciences.
