ANALYZING THE INNOVATION STRATEGY OF WECHAT PUBLIC ACCOUNT FOR AGRICULTURAL SCIENCE POPULARIZATION
The rise and development of the Internet has changed the mode of information dissemination and brought a far-reaching impact on the dissemination of agricultural science and technology and the work of science popular-ization.The new media,represented by WeChat public account,is becoming an important platform and channel for the spread of new agricultural science and technology and popular science information.Taking WeChat public ac-counts such as"Popular Science in China","Popular Science in People's Daily Online"and"The Release of Agri-culture,Rural Areas and farmers in China"as examples,this paper analyzed the current situation,opportunities,and challenges of WeChat public accounts for popular science in agriculture under the background of new media.And then suggestions are put forward from several aspects,including capturing public demand,cultivating customer stickiness,enriching communication content to increase original quality,ensuring efficiency and improving commu-nication effectiveness,and expanding channels to expand communication discourse power,to better play the role of popularizing the science and technology policy,popularizing scientific and cultural knowledge,creating a scientific and technological innovation atmosphere to meet the needs of the people.
