RESEARCH ON STRENGTHENING THE COLLABORATIVE INNOVATION OF AGRICULTURAL SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY——TAKIGN JIANGXI PROVINCE AS AN EXAMPLE
At present,the high-quality development of agriculture enterers a new stage of development,and enhancing synergy is the key to improving the innovation ability of agricultural science and technology.Based on this,this research analyzed the necessity of collaborative innovation of agricultural science and technology,investigated and understood the overall progress of collaborative innovation of agricultural science and technology in Jiangxi province,revealed the existing problems of collaborative innovation of agricultural science and technology in Jiangxi province,and proposed the realization path of improving the level of collaborative innovation of agricultural science and technology in Jiangxi province.This study showed that in the process of collaborative innovation of agricultural science and technology in Jiangxi province,there were mainly problems such as"the output level of agricultural science and technology was not high,the integration of agricultural scientific research and production was not close,the problem orientation was not clear,the guarantee of agricultural scientific research elements was insufficient,the agricultural scientific research force was relatively scattered,and the innovation subject of agriculture-related enterprises was absent for a long time".It is suggested that measures such as continuously and steadily increasing investment in scientific research,scientifically and accurately doing a good job in scientific research projects,cohesively promoting collaborative research,efficient and win-win achievements transformation,and carrying out evaluation and incentives for classified policies should be adopted to improve the level of collaborative innovation of agricultural science and technology in Jiangxi province,to accelerate the high-quality development of modern agriculture in Jiangxi province.
