The excellent traditional Chinese culture plays a role in shaping the soul,nurturing people,and cultivating moral character.And the cultural attributes of human beings also endow'cultural people'with unique value.In the new situation,as the main battle-field of"cultural people",universities should highlight the value guidance of"cultural people"in ideological and political work.How-ever,some universities currently face difficulties in the work of"cultural people",such as the concept not yet student-centered,the content detached from students'real life,the need to improve worker literacy,and the insufficient atmosphere of"cultural people".Therefore,universities should vigorously strengthen the infiltration of campus culture in ideological and political education work,use school culture as the carrier,optimize communication methods,innovate discourse methods,adhere to student-centered,close to students'actual lives,improve teachers'cultural literacy,and strive to create a new ecology of"cultural people"in university campu-ses.
