以改革创新精神做好高校青年工作的思考

摘要
青年兴则国家兴,青年强则国家强.当前国际国内形势的发展变化和新时代青年自身成长的特点,使得青年工作更具有复杂性、挑战性和艰巨性.习近平总书记关于青年工作的重要论述,对进一步增强高校对做好青年工作重要性的认识,切实落实党对做好青年工作的要求,以改革创新精神做好高校青年的教育引导、服务管理和组织领导具有重大指导意义.
Abstract
A nation will prosper only when its young people thrive.The current development and change of the international and domes-tic situation and the characteristics of the youth's own growth in the new era make the youth work more complex,challenging and ardu-ous.General Secretary Xi Jinping's important exposition on youth work is important to further enhance the understanding of the impor-tance of doing youth work in colleges and universities,to effectively implement the requirements for doing youth work,and to do a good job of education and guidance,service management and organizational leadership of youth in colleges and universities in the spirit of re-form and innovation.
