RESEARCH HOTSPOT AND FRONTIER EVOLUTION OF BORDERLESS CAREER IN CHINA——A VISUAL ANALYSIS BASED ON CITESPACE
Abjective:To understand the research hot issues and the evolution of research frontiers of non-boundary career research in China.Methods:Using CiteSpace software,157 valid relevant journal literatures on the theme of"Borderless career"and"borderless career"collected in CNKI from 2003 to 2022 were visually analyzed from the aspects of spatial and temporal distribution,keywords,and breakout words.Conclusion:The number of papers published in the field of boundary-free career research in China is general,and the cooperation between authors and institutions is not high.The research contents mainly include competence,career management,college students,psychological contract and so on.The research frontier has experienced three stages of evolution:the early frontier(2003-2007),the middle frontier(2007-2013)and the latest frontier(2014-present),and"college students","no boundaries"and"countermeasures"are the current research frontier.At the same time,this paper puts forward two prospects for future research:one is to explore the relationship between physical flow and psychological flow,and the other is to focus on the study of borderless career from the organizational level.
