摘要

研究了 CSW干粉内外掺入对砂浆稠度、表观密度、保水率及 3 d、7 d、28 d抗压强度的影响,并使用多元线性回归方法分析了各龄期抗压强度与 CSW干粉掺量、表观密度之间的相关性.结果表明:CSW干粉内掺时砂浆稠度、表观密度及各龄期抗压强度与掺量呈反相关,保水率与掺量呈正相关;CSW 干粉外掺时,除保水率与掺量呈正相关外,掺量对各指标的影响趋势不明显.通过多元线性回归分析得出 CSW 干粉内掺时抗压强度、掺量、表观密度之间具有良好的相关性;CSW外掺时 3 d 抗压强度、28 d 抗压强度、掺量、表观密度之间具有良好的相关性,但7 d龄期的各指标之间的相关性较差.

Abstract

The effects of internal and external addition of CSW dry powder on mortar consistency,apparent density,water retention rate and compressive strength at 3 d,7 d and 28 d were studied.The correlation between compressive strength at different ages and the con-tent and apparent density of CSW dry powder was analyzed by multiple linear regression method.The results show that the consistency,apparent density and compressive strength of CSW dry powder at different ages are inversely correlated with the mixing amount,while the water retention rate is positively correlated with the mixing amount.In addition to the positive correlation between the water reten-tion rate and the content of CSW dry powder,the influence trend of the content of CSW dry powder on each index is not obvious.Multi-ple linear regression analysis showed that the compressive strength,dosage and apparent density of CSW powder had good correlation.There is a good correlation among 3 d compressive strength,28 d compressive strength,dosage and apparent density when CSW is mixed,but the correlation among indexes at 7 d age is poor.
