STUDY ON THE MECHANISM OF YIQI YANGYIN HUAZHUO TONGLUO DECOCTION IN THE TREATMENT OF DIABETIC NEPHROPATHY BASED ON NETWORK PHARMACOLOGY
Objective:To explore the molecular mechanism of Yiqi Yangyin Huazhuo Tongluo decoction in the treatment of diabetic ne-phropathy through network pharmacology.Methods:Online database TCMSP was used to obtain Yiqi Yangyin Huazhuo Tongluo decoc-tion related drug targets,and online database GeneCard database,OMIM database and PharmGkb database were used to obtain diabetic nephropathy related targets.The two take the intersection to obtain the potential target of Yiqi Yangyin Huazhuo Tongluo decoction in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy.The potential targets were analyzed by PPI analysis,GO functional enrichment analysis and KEGG pathway enrichment analysis.Results:A total of 66 active components in Yiqi Yangyin Huazhuo Tongluo decoction,254 effective targets and 4755 diabetic nephropathy related targets were obtained.179 potential targets were obtained after intersection.The core tar-gets MAPK3,TP53,MAPK1,HSP90AA1,JUN,AKT1,RELA,MAPK14 were obtained by PPI analysis,the functional enrichment anal-ysis of GO was reflected in the response to oxidative stress,chemical stress,external stimulation and reactive oxygen species,and the cellular components were mainly in membrane raft,membrane microdomain,transcriptional regulatory factors,complex vesicle cavity,etc.Most of the molecular functions are DNA binding transcription factor binding,RNA polymerase II specific DNA binding transcription factor binding,nuclear receptor activity,ligand activated transcription factor activity and so on.KEGG pathway enrichment analysis in-cluded lipid and atherosclerosis in diabetic complications,the role of age-rage signaling pathway in diabetic complications,prostate cancer,hepatitis B,human cytomegalovirus infection,chemical carcinogenic-receptor activation,fluid shear stress and atherosclerosis.Conclusion:To explore the mechanism of Yiqi Yangyin Huazhuo Tongluo decoction in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy through net-work pharmacology technology,so as to provide theoretical basis and data support for follow-up research.
