摘要
乡村组织是国家治理体系的重要组成部分,乡村治理是国家治理的基本单元.当前,乡村治理主要依靠基层党组织这一主体,其发挥着领导作用,为实施乡村振兴战略提供坚强保障.进入新时代,我国城乡融合进程加快,农村社会深刻变革,但在部分乡村地区也存在农村基层党组织凝聚力不足、管理服务不到位、治理能力匮乏、党群关系疏离以及产业发展与经济引领能力欠缺等问题.因此,应深化党组织建设、推动三治融合、完善自治实践、加强法治教育、创新治理方式、优化治理模式,以实现乡村振兴的目标.
Abstract
Rural organizations are an important part of the national governance system,and rural governance is the basic unit of national governance.At present,rural governance mainly depends on the grass-roots party organizations,which play a leading role in the imple-mentation of rural revitalization strategy to provide a strong guarantee.Entering the new era,the process of urban-rural integration in our country is speeding up,and the rural society is undergoing profound changes,but in some rural areas,there are also some prob-lems,such as the lack of cohesion,management service,governance ability,party-masses relationship and economic leading ability.Therefore,we should deepen the construction of the party organization,promote the integration of the three governments,perfect the practice of self-government,strengthen the education of the rule of law,innovate the mode of governance and optimize the mode of gov-ernance in order to realize the goal of rural revitalization.
