就业质量、住房负担与高学历流动人口居留意愿——基于我国35个大中城市的实证研究

基于全国流动人口动态监测调查(CMDS)和城市宏观经济数据,在理论分析就业质量和住房负担对高学历流动人口居留意愿影响的基础上,提出假设和推论,并建立多元 Logit 回归模型进行检验.研究表明,就业质量和住房负担对高学历流动人口的居留意愿存在显著影响,住房负担与居留意愿之间存在"倒 U 型"关系.与二、三线城市相比,一线、新一线城市就业质量和住房负担对居留意愿影响更显著.异质性分析发现,在不同性别、受教育程度、流动范围间的就业质量和住房负担对高学历流动人口居留意愿影响差异明显.该研究为不同等级城市制定针对性、差异化的高学历人才引进政策,改善其就业环境、提高就业质量、完善人才社会保障体系和降低人才住房负担等方面提供政策思路.
EMPLOYMENT QUALITY,HOUSING BURDEN AND RESIDENCE INTENTION OF HIGHLY EDUCATED FLOATING POPULATION——AN EMPIRICAL STUDY BASED ON 35 LARGE AND MEDIUM-SIZED CITIES IN CHINA
Based on the dynamic monitoring survey of floating population(CMDS)and urban macroeconomic data,on the basis of the-oretical analysis of the impact of employment quality and housing burden on the residence intention of highly educated floating popula-tion,this paper puts forward assumptions and inferences,and establishes a multiple Logit regression model for testing.The research shows that employment quality and housing burden have a significant impact on the residence intention of highly educated floating popu-lation,and there is a nonlinear relationship between housing burden and residence intention.Compared with the second and third tier cities,the employment quality and housing burden in the first tier and new first tier cities have a more significant impact on the willing-ness to stay.The heterogeneity analysis found that the employment quality and housing burden between different genders,education levels,and mobility scope had significant differences on the residence intention of highly educated floating population.This study pro-vides policy ideas for different levels of cities to formulate targeted and differentiated policies for the introduction of highly educated tal-ents,improve their employment environment,improve the quality of employment,improve the social security system for talents,and reduce the housing burden for talents.
