镍掺杂的五氧化二钒/石墨烯复合材料的制备及性能

作为超级电容的电极材料,镍掺杂的五氧化二钒/石墨烯(Ni-V2 O5/石墨烯)复合材料.采用简单可控的水热反应将石墨烯与镍掺杂的五氧化二钒复合,制备了 Ni-V2 O5/石墨烯复合材料作为超级电容器的正极材料,对Ni-V2 O5/石墨烯的形貌结构和电学性能进行了分析.扫描电镜结果显示 Ni-V2 O5 粒子均匀地分布在有褶皱的石墨烯上.电学性能分析表明,在电流密度为 2 A/g时,Ni-V2 O5/石墨烯复合材料的比电容量为 682 F/g,优于单金属复合材料 V2O5/石墨烯的比电容量 564 F/g.
PREPARATION OF NICKEL-DOPED VANADIUM PENTOXIDE/GRAPHENE COMPOSITES FOR SUPERCAPACITOR PERFORMANCE
Ni-doped vanadium pentoxide/graphene(Ni-V2 O5/graphene)composites have great potential as electrode material for su-percapacitors.Ni-V2 O5/graphene composites were prepared as a positive electrode material for supercapacitors by simple and controlla-ble hydrothermal reaction with graphene and nickel-doped vanadium pentoxide.The morphology,structure and electrochemical per-formance of Ni-V2 O5/graphene were analyzed.The SEM results show that Ni-V2 O5 particles are uniformly distributed on the crumpled graphene.The electrochemical performance analysis shows that the specific capacitance of Ni-V2 O5/graphene composite is 682 F/g when the current density is 2 A/g,which is better than the specific capacitance of single metal composite V2 O5/graphene is 564 F/g.
