摘要
教师深度反思是促使学生深度学习、推动教育改革的源头活水.但由于惯性的思维范式、外塑的专业发展方式以及功能性的角色定位等导致目前教师反思存在形式化、浅表化、机械化等问题,而解决现实中的问题、创设和谐的反思环境和构建对话-合作的反思方式则是引领教师深度反思的基本路径.
Abstract
Deep reflection by teachers is the source of inspiration for students to engage in deep learning and promote educational re-form.However,due to the inertia of thinking patterns,the external shaping of professional development methods,and the functional role positioning,there are currently problems with formalization,superficiality,and mechanization in teacher reflection.Solving real-life problems,creating a harmonious reflection environment,and constructing dialogue cooperation reflection methods are the basic paths that lead teachers to deeply reflect.
