EXPLORATION ON TRAINING NORMAL STUDENTS'TEACHING ABILITY BASED ON SOCIAL SERVICE PROJECT——TAKE"BUD GROWTH"PROJECT AS AN EXAMPLE
For a long time, the problem of the separation of"learning","practice"and"teaching"has always existed in the cultiva-tion of normal students'teaching ability, which makes students unable to really integrate theory and practice and apply what they have learned.Taking Situational Teaching Theory as the basis and the social service project as the platform, this study builds a bridge be-tween theory and practice, and forms a"five-step cycle"teaching ability training mode:making and distributing teaching content, teaching designing, trial teaching and debating, real teaching, reflecting and improving, which enable normal students to learn theory in the classroom, practice repeatedly in the dynamic knowledge base of the practice community, and self-reconstruct the teaching abili-ty in the cyclical participation and interaction of real teaching situations. The model innovates the training path of normal students'teaching ability, with the clear and specific teaching objectives, flexible and diverse teaching methods, real and changeable teaching situation,as well as the intuitive and assessable teaching effect.Through the training of this mode, the normal students'teaching ability has been greatly improved, teaching research ability and comprehensive quality has been significantly enhanced, and the basic position of normal education in the local area has been consolidated.
