In order to enhance the influence of local college social science journals as a whole,it is an effective way to create special columns.In recent years,in response to the call of the Ministry of Education,the journals of universities in Henan Province have made bold attempts and fruitful explorations relying on the unique resource advantages of the Central Plains,such as regional culture,and have made considerable achievements,but there is still room for improvement.Local universities and colleges social science news-papers should further rely on local characteristics,integrate high-quality resources,strive for school support,create an academic plat-form,adhere to the internal and external focus,and walk out of a characteristic way to run a journal.
