摘要
"民族团结进步示范村"的建设改变了村落权力结构,重塑了村落权力秩序.广西河池市都安县兴利村的权力秩序建设深受其过往权力秩序的影响,其面临的主要障碍是村落权力结构失衡、政治主体备选不足、非制度化政治参与等问题,基层党组织在实践中探索出"党建+自治""党建+经济""党建+社会"三条权力秩序重塑路径,最终实现了村落权力秩序的重塑.
Abstract
The construction of the"National Unity and Progress Demonstration Villages"has changed the power structure of villages and reshaped the order of village power.The construction of power order in Xingli Village,Du'an County,Hechi City,Guangxi is deeply influenced by its historical power order.The main obstacles it faces are the imbalance of village power structure,insufficient po-litical subject selection,and non-institutionalized political participation.Grassroots party organizations have explored three paths to re-shape power order in practice,namely"party building+autonomy","party building+economy",and"party building+society",ulti-mately achieving the reshaping of village power order.
