县域土地资源利用的环境友好型评价——以河南省长葛市为例

本文在探讨土地资源利用环境友好型的概念与内涵的基础上,从生态环境、经济和社会三个方面,构建了土地资源利用环境友好型评价的基本框架,建立了县域尺度上土地利用环境友好型分级系统及分级标准,并提出了综合指数法与单指标多角度评价法相结合的土地资源利用环境友好型评价方法.以河南省长葛市(县级)为例,采用综合指教法与单指标多角度评价方法相结合的评价方法,评价了该市土地资源利用环境友好型状况.结果表明,就该市的土地利用在生态环境友好型、经济可行性和社会可接受性三个方面都相对较好,其中,2000年属于不友好阶段,2001~2002年属于临界友好阶段,2003~2009年属于基本友好阶段,且利用水平有逐年提高的趋势.
Environment-friendly Evaluation of Land Use at County Scale -A Case Study of Changge City, Henan Province
This research established the concept and meaning of environment-friendly land use, and sets up an index system framework for environment-fiiendly land use at county scale from eco-environment, economy and society.The comprehensive index of quantitative assessment and single indicators of qualitative evaluation methods is put forward,and built up a grading system and quantitative classifying criteria for the degree of environment-friendly of county scale land use, so as to promote the combination of qualitative and quantitative evaluation of environment-friendly of county scale land use.Based on the index system for environment-friendly land use at county scale and the land use conditions in Changge city, comprehensive index assessment is combined with single indicators from multi-angle methods to evaluate the sustainable land use status of Changge city.This research showed that the three aspects that are eco-environmental friendliness, economic viability and social feasibility are relatively good.The environment-friendly land use degree of Changge City can be regarded as the unfriendly stage in 2000, the critical friendly stage from 2001 to 2002, the basic stage of the friendly from 2003 to 2009, and the environment-friendly using level of soil resource of Changge is improved year by year.
