数字技术赋能农业生态效率的门槛效应

数字技术是赋能农业生态效率提升的重要路径和关键引擎。本研究基于2011-2021年全国30个省(区、市)(不含港澳台地区)的面板数据,运用熵值法测算数字技术水平,利用固定效应与门槛效应模型分析数字技术对农业生态效率的影响机制。结果表明:当前中国数字技术水平比较低,仍有较大提升空间;数字技术有助于提升农业生态效率;但不同区域数字技术对农业生态效率的影响差异显著,其中,从东中西差异来看,数字技术对东部地区农业生态效率具有显著促进作用,对中西部地区农业生态效率的提升作用有限;从平原地区和非平原地区比较来看,数字技术对平原地区农业生态效率的影响系数要高于非平原地区,且更显著。进一步研究发现,数字技术和农业生态效率之间存在"临界效应",农业产业集聚一旦突破临界规模,将有效发挥数字技术赋能农业生态效率的提升机制。因此,应大力发展数字技术,完善数字基础设施建设,促进农业生态化转型,因地制宜发挥各地区优势,充分发挥数字技术对农业生态效率的赋能作用。
A study on the threshold effect of digital technology empowering agricultural ecological efficiency
Digital technology is an important path and key engine for empowering the improvement of agricultural ecological efficiency.Based on a panel data of 30 provinces(regions and cities)in China(excluding Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan)from 2011-2021,this study evaluated the level of digital technology by the entropy method and analyzed the impact of digital technology on agricultural ecological efficiency mechanism by the fixed effect and threshold effect models.Results indicate that the current level of digital technology in China is relatively low,and there is still significant room for improvement;digital technology helps to improve agricultural ecological efficiency;and the impact of digital technology on agricultural ecological efficiency varies significantly in different regions.Among them,considering the disparities among the eastern,central,and western regions,digital technology significantly enhances the agricultural ecological efficiency in the eastern region,while its impact on the central and western regions is relatively limited.When comparing plain to non-plain regions,the impact coefficient of digital technology on agricultural ecological efficiency in plain areas is higher and more pronounced.Further research has found that there is a critical scale between digital technology and agricultural ecological efficiency.Once the agricultural industry agglomeration exceeds the critical scale,it will effectively leverage the mechanism of digital technology to enhance agricultural ecological efficiency.Therefore,it is necessary to vigorously develop digital technology,improve digital infrastructure construction,promote the transformation of agricultural ecology,leverage the advantages of each region according to local conditions,and fully leverage the empowering role of digital technology in agricultural ecological efficiency.
